Caramel syrup and caramel sauce are not the same. Caramel syrup is typically a sweet liquid made from sugar, water, and sometimes flavorings like vanilla. It is used to sweeten and flavor beverages like coffee or cocktails. Caramel sauce, on the other hand, is a thicker, richer mixture of sugar, butter, cream, and sometimes vanilla. It is used as a topping for desserts like ice cream, cakes, or pancakes. **

Caramel does not dry in the traditional sense like water-based substances do. Caramel is made by heating sugar until it melts and turns into a thick, sticky liquid. As it cools, it solidifies but remains soft and chewy. However, if caramel is exposed to air for an extended period of time, it can harden and become more brittle. **

Burnt caramel is a type of caramel that has been cooked for a longer period of time, resulting in a darker color and a more intense, slightly bitter flavor. It is made by heating sugar until it reaches a deep amber color, giving it a rich and complex taste. Burnt caramel is often used in desserts and confections to add depth and complexity to the dish. **

Caramel sticks because it is made by heating sugar until it melts and caramelizes, creating a sticky and viscous texture. As the caramel cools, the sugar molecules re-solidify, forming a strong bond that causes it to stick to surfaces. Additionally, the high sugar content in caramel makes it hygroscopic, meaning it attracts and holds onto moisture, further contributing to its sticky nature. **

As an AI, I don't have personal preferences, but I can provide information. The preference for pudding, semolina pudding, or rice pudding is subjective and varies from person to person. Some may prefer the creamy texture of traditional pudding, while others may enjoy the slightly grainy texture of semolina pudding.
