An action is not always concrete. While some actions are physical and tangible, such as walking or speaking, others can be more abstract or conceptual, such as thinking or imagining. These abstract actions may not have a physical manifestation, but they still have an impact and can influence our thoughts and behaviors. Therefore, actions can be both concrete and abstract, depending on the context in which they occur. **

To apply concrete on concrete, the existing surface must be clean, free of debris, and properly moistened. A bonding agent or primer should be applied to the existing concrete to ensure adhesion. The fresh concrete mix can then be poured or pumped onto the existing surface and spread evenly using a screed or trowel. It is important to properly cure the new concrete to prevent cracking and ensure a strong bond between the two layers. **

Yes, it is possible to pour new concrete over old concrete as long as the existing concrete is in good condition and properly prepared. The old concrete should be clean, free of any loose debris, and roughened to provide a good bonding surface for the new concrete. Additionally, a bonding agent may be used to ensure a strong bond between the old and new concrete. It is important to consult with a professional to assess the condition of the existing concrete and determine the best approach for pouring new concrete over it. **

For setting lawn edging stones, garden concrete would be the better option. Garden concrete is specifically designed for outdoor use and is more durable and weather-resistant than concrete screed. It also has better adhesion properties, making it more suitable for securing the edging stones in place. Additionally, garden concrete is often formulated to be more resistant to cracking and shifting, which is important for maintaining the integrity of the lawn edging. **

The real purpose of this concrete cube is to serve as a public art installation or a functional piece of urban furniture. It may also be designed to serve as a barrier or a protective element in a public space, such as a plaza or a park. Additionally, it could be a part of a larger architectural or landscape design, serving as a focal point or a wayfinding element. Ultimately, the purpose of the concrete cube is to enhance the aesthetic and functional qualities of the surrounding environment. **

It is unclear whether the concrete belt was poured with the wrong concrete based on the information provided. To determine if the wrong concrete was used, further investigation would be needed to compare the specifications of the concrete used with the requirements for the project. Factors such as strength, composition, and curing methods would need to be considered to determine if the concrete used was indeed incorrect. **

The remaining concrete in concrete pumps can be cleaned out and reused for future projects. This process involves flushing the pump with water to remove any leftover concrete and then collecting and recycling the washed-out concrete. This helps to minimize waste and reduce the environmental impact of concrete pumping operations. Additionally, the cleaned-out concrete pump can then be used for the next job without any leftover material causing issues. **

Concrete is a composite material made of cement, water, and aggregates such as sand and gravel. It is used for construction purposes such as building foundations, roads, and sidewalks. On the other hand, concrete screed is a type of concrete that is specifically designed for flooring applications. It is a thinner layer of concrete that is applied over a base to create a smooth and level surface for the final flooring material, such as tiles or wood. Concrete screed is often used in interior spaces where a level and durable flooring surface is required. **
